AmpKnob BDH III

AmpKnob BDH III is a high-gain amp plugin from producer Jens Bogren, capturing a modern classic from his personal collection. Its dense, full-bodied distortion excels at modern riffs and creamy leads, making it ideal for metal and hard rock guitarists. The plugin includes a foot-switchable overdrive boost that tightens the low end and pushes the input harder for aggressive riffing. A perfectly dialed speaker cabinet, microphones, and recording chain are baked in, but you can disable the cab or load your own impulse responses. The standalone version lets you capture ideas instantly with built-in recording, a metronome, and a tuner—no DAW required. Designed to keep you focused on creativity rather than tweaking, AmpKnob BDH III suits hobby producers and songwriters who want professional high-gain tones with minimal fuss.
