BollyX

BollyX by BeatSkillz is a drum sampler plugin that fuses authentic Indian percussion with punchy drums sampled from vintage samplers and drum machines. Designed by Gaurav Dayal and Sentury Status, it includes 50 kits and 50 patterns, plus over 300 unique percussion and drum hits. The library spans contemporary, old-school, and Bollywood-centric sounds, drawing inspiration from producers like Timbaland and Balkan BeatBox. Each kit mixes processed drum hits with Indian ethnic percussion, and the 32-step sequencer lets you build patterns quickly. You can drag and drop your own samples onto pads, tweak pitch, filters, pan, release, and reverse per pad, and route pads via 8 multi-outs to your DAW. Built-in EQ, compressor, and reverb are included, along with MIDI export and full MIDI mapping. It suits hobby producers making hip-hop, world, or electronic tracks who want distinctive Indian-flavored grooves.
