Vertigo Viola

Vertigo Viola by Cinematique Instruments is a deeply expressive viola instrument that captures the raw, fragile character often overshadowed by the violin. It offers 16 sound sources, including arco articulations, viola da gamba, sul pont, harmonics, motion textures, random bow bounces, and even resynthesized violin sounds. These can be blended, panned, and tuned individually to build unique textures and intense moods. Shape your sound with tone, attack, decay, plus Fog and Retro controls for vintage warmth, and choose from nine reverb types including infinite, ghost, and deep valley. Use the modwheel for easy volume control and the dice for random inspiration. With 14 pre-defined ensembles and two bowing effects, Vertigo Viola suits composers and producers seeking organic, resonant string sounds for film, ambient, and experimental music.
