Galactron

Galactron by MNTRA Instruments is a sample-based instrument that captures the character of 80s digital and digitally controlled synthesizers, then pushes them through the MNDALA 2 engine. The result is a kaleidoscopic collection of keys, pads, basses, leads, and plucks with a retro-modern, neo-psychedelic edge. Expect cheesy FM pianos, crystalline plucks, buzzy bells, squelchy acid basses, and lush, evolving pads. The three-axis XYZ global controls let you morph and animate sounds as you play, making them breathe and shift in ways that feel alive. Whether you’re producing synthwave, ambient, lo-fi, or experimental electronic music, Galactron offers a colorful palette of otherworldly textures. It suits hobby producers looking for inspiring, ready-to-play sounds that bring a distinctive 80s-inspired vibe to their tracks without deep programming.
