COMP.TWO

COMP.TWO is a faithful emulation of the Rockruepel all-tube vari-mu hardware compressor, built for adding cohesive glue to your mix. Because it uses no transistor stages, it delivers the smooth, musical compression and rich tube texture that make vari-mu designs so desirable. Use it to gently bind drum buses, add weight to vocals, or glue a full mix together. The AMP ONLY feature lets you run the signal through the tube and Sowter transformer stages for pure tone and vibe, with or without compression. Its flexible sidechain can be as clean or as dirty as you need, and as fast as an 1176 or as slow as a Fairchild. Modern controls include Console Remote for managing all instances from one interface, plus mid-side processing and a high-pass filter. Ideal for hobby producers seeking classic tube character with modern workflow flexibility.
