KORG revives the first-generation ELECTRIBE-R as a DAW plugin, bringing its hands-on step-sequencing workflow to modern studios. Built on the iELECTRIBE engine but expanded with beat modes, effects, and preset data from the original hardware and mobile versions, it delivers immediate beat-making with knobs, switches, and a step sequencer. The sound engine offers nine parts: four synth voices with sine, triangle, square, and sawtooth waveforms plus six modulation types, alongside PCM hi-hats, cymbals, claps/snare, and accents. Each part includes amp controls for volume, note length, panning, and accent low boost. Fifteen effects—including compressor, Valve Force overdrive, distortion, and slicer—can be applied per part and step, while motion sequencing captures knob movements for evolving grooves. Ideal for hobby producers crafting electronic beats, techno, and house who want tactile, fast pattern creation inside FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic.
