TDR Elliptical is a specialized utility for controlling stereo width at low frequencies. Unlike traditional elliptical filters, it operates on the stereo difference channel and can selectively adjust either stereo difference or stereo correlation, with continuously variable slope and both minimum and linear phase modes. A dry mix control and various compensation options—including Dynamic Bump, harmonic generators, and Haas delays—help counteract subjective energy loss from filtering or stereo-to-mono summing. The resizable interface includes a frequency analyser that reveals stereo difference down to DC. Ideal for hobby producers working on bass-heavy mixes, mastering, or any situation where low-end stereo positioning needs precise management. It suits FL Studio, Ableton, and Logic users on Windows who want to tighten low-frequency stereo imagery without sacrificing impact. Note: not to be confused with elliptic filter specifications.
