Bass Focus

Bass Focus by Devious Machines is a low-frequency enhancer that adds weight and presence to your bass without sacrificing its original character or headroom. Using a psychoacoustic approach, it generates clean, controllable harmonics above the fundamental bass frequency, tricking the brain into perceiving low end as louder and fuller—even on small speakers like phones and laptops. Use it on individual channels to power up 808s, solidify kicks, thicken synths and bass guitars, or across the full mix at mastering to improve translation and recover headroom in sub-heavy mixes. Three independent output faders let you balance clean, harmonic and top-end signals, while a spectrum display provides visual feedback. It suits hobby producers and mixers working in FL Studio, Ableton or Logic who want more powerful, defined bass on any playback system.
