Ireland

Spotlight Collection: Ireland brings the authentic sound of 11 traditional Irish instruments to your DAW, recorded in Milltown Malbay with renowned musician Noel Hill. From the haunting uilleann pipes and expressive fiddle to the tin whistle, bodhrán, and Irish harp, each instrument is captured with true legato samples and ornamentations that preserve the character of Irish folk. The collection includes snapshots with six MIDI phrases per instrument, making it easy to audition and layer melodies. You can select scales and root notes, adjust tuning, and shape sounds with built-in studio effects and a mixer. Polyphonic aftertouch and release velocity add realistic expression, especially with Kontrol keyboards. Ideal for hobby producers looking to add folk textures to modern tracks or create lively traditional arrangements.
