MODO BASS 2 Upgrade

MODO BASS 2 is the expanded edition of IK Multimedia’s physically modeled electric bass instrument, now offering 22 bass models including fretless and upright options. Unlike sample-based libraries, it synthesizes every string, fretboard, body, and pickup interaction in real time, delivering hyper-realistic, ever-changing bass tones while saving hard-drive space. The new Patterns section provides pro-played grooves with smart filters for genre, song section, length, and time signature, making it easy to find the right bassline fast. Advanced performance controls let you shape playing style, and any standard bass can be turned into a fretless model for extra sonic flexibility. This upgrade is ideal for hobby producers in FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic who need reliable, great-sounding bass without hiring a session player. It suits pop, rock, funk, jazz, and beyond, offering the feel of a master musician playing a sought-after instrument, available 24/7 as a plug-in.
