AudioMulch 2.2.4 for Windows is a modular music environment for electronic composition, live performance and sound design. Rather than working along a conventional track timeline, you connect sound generators and processors in a patching workspace. Its modules handle complete musical tasks, letting you explore signal flow without building every sound from individual oscillators and filters.

It suits hobby producers, experimental musicians and live performers who enjoy hands-on routing and improvisation. Feed live audio into a patch, process it through connected modules, and map interface knobs and sliders to a MIDI controller for performance control.

The 2.2 update improves MIDI event response and audio stability at low buffer settings. MidiOut modules can send MIDI generated by hosted plugins to external synthesizers or effects, while MidiIn and compatible plugins support MIDI routing and processing. MIDI and network clock synchronization also receive timing refinements, including a pattern mode for compatible hardware step sequencers.

AudioMulch is a standalone environment with VST hosting capabilities, rather than an effect plugin to insert directly into FL Studio or Ableton Live.
