Transgressor 3 by Boz Digital Labs is a hybrid transient designer that splits each drum hit into attack and sustain, then gives you a dedicated 4-band EQ for each section. Instead of static EQ that affects the whole sound, you can boost high frequencies only on the attack for a sharper snare, or cut lows from the sustain to tighten a boomy kick without losing punch.
