Abyssmedia i-Sound Recorder for Windows 7.9.4.1-LAXiTY

Abyssmedia i-Sound Recorder 7.9.4.1 is a standalone Windows audio recording utility for capturing sound from your computer’s playback device. It records directly from the default speaker output without requiring Stereo Mix or hidden audio inputs, making it useful for hobby producers and anyone saving streaming audio for later listening.

Recordings can be saved with real-time encoding to MP3, OGG or WMA, or stored in WAV, APE and FLAC formats. This version adds 24-bit WAV recording and updates the FLAC encoder to version 1.4.1. Automatic gain control helps maintain consistent recording levels, while voice-activated recording can skip silent passages and disregard brief clicks or background noise.

For unattended capture, the scheduler supports up to 100 tasks with time, date and weekday settings, plus the ability to open a streaming URL. A built-in recording browser handles playback, renaming and deletion. Editing is available through a separate free sound editor add-on downloaded when first needed.

This is a companion recording tool rather than a VST effect or instrument, suitable alongside Windows-based music production setups.
