Acronis Disk Director 12.0 Build 3223 is a Windows disk management utility, not a VST plugin or audio processor. It is intended for users who need to organize hard-drive space and manage partitions, including music producers maintaining a Windows studio computer.
The software lets you create partitions and resize, move or merge existing ones, with operations designed to preserve the data already stored on them. It also supports dynamic disks and GPT disks, plus the ability to span a volume across multiple physical drives. For a producer, these tools can help organize storage used for recording projects, sample collections and other files; they do not process sound or run inside a DAW.
This version lists compatibility with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 8.1, and its interface is in English. The listed package is 400 MB and includes a BootCD. Consider it a separate system-maintenance tool for a compatible Windows machine, rather than an addition to your instrument or effects collection.
