VibroMaster is a free sampled vibraphone plugin built from 42 stereo 24-bit recordings sourced from the University of Iowa Electronic Music Studios public domain library. It offers two sample groups — Short and Full release — so you can play with or without a sustain pedal. If you don’t have a pedal, you can switch between the two release modes using MIDI notes A2 (57) for short and B2 (59) for full, or trigger them directly from the interface. The short group includes a release time control, and each group has its own sustain level adjustment. An amplitude dynamic range control and a main volume knob round out the sound-shaping options. The interface is intentionally plain and functional, keeping the focus on the sound. This instrument suits hobby producers and composers working in FL Studio, Ableton Live, or Logic who need a straightforward, lightweight vibraphone for jazz, ambient, film scoring, or pop arrangements. It runs as VST and AU on Windows and macOS, with both 64-bit and 32-bit support, and takes up 118 MB of disk space.
