Alicia’s Keys

Alicia’s Keys is a virtual piano instrument created in collaboration with Alicia Keys herself. Sampled from her personal Yamaha C3 Neo grand piano—a rare instrument built for Yamaha’s 100th anniversary—it captures the warm, soulful tone that has defined her sound. Recorded in her own studio with vintage microphones and preamps, the library offers 12 velocity layers per key across 17 GB of samples, plus optional mechanical release noises, finger-key sounds, and a sympathetic resonance system for lifelike realism. Whether you’re producing soul, R&B, pop, or cinematic ballads, this piano delivers expressive, authentic grand piano tones that sit beautifully in a mix. It suits hobby producers and songwriters looking for an inspiring, ready-to-play piano with a distinct character. The instrument runs in Native Instruments’ Kontakt and was used by Alicia Keys on her album The Element of Freedom.
