ALM Co. Motto Akemie v1.1 WiN

ALM Co. Motto Akemie is a six-voice FM drum synthesizer and step sequencer for producers who want to build electronic percussion inside their DAW. Inspired by the Akemie’s Taiko Eurorack module, its dual-operator voices cover smooth sine tones, metallic hits and unruly, noise-like textures. It suits hobby producers exploring FM drum design, evolving grooves and polyrhythmic sequences.

Each voice has its own sequencer with independent length and speed, making it straightforward to layer rhythms that move against one another. Per-step modulation lets you change every voice parameter throughout a pattern, while track randomisation and clear controls help you try new ideas quickly. Sixteen pattern banks provide space to save, load and copy sequences.

Individual mute, solo and level controls handle basic balancing, and multichannel outputs allow separate processing in your host. You can also play voices chromatically, control them on separate MIDI channels and automate their parameters. MTS-ESP support adds microtuning options, with included presets offering starting points. This Windows VST3 version suits compatible hosts such as FL Studio and Ableton Live.
