American Class A

Softube American Class A is a channel strip plugin that brings the punch and character of classic American mixing consoles into your DAW. Its gate and transient shaper help tighten drums and sculpt attacks, while a four-band, proportional-Q EQ delivers bold boosts or controlled tonal adjustments. Switch the compressor between feedback and feedforward operation to explore different dynamic responses, then add warmth or crunch with the output drive section. It suits producers who want energetic rock drums, weighty bass, forward vocals and gritty guitars, but also works for giving electronic sounds more openness and presence. EQ range controls allow finer adjustments when subtle processing matters, including mastering. Use it as a native plugin or within Softube Console 1, with one license covering both versions.
