Amped Elektra

Amped Elektra is a virtual instrument from Steinberg built around the character of the Hohner Electra, sampled from a fully restored original and then reamped through three vintage amplifiers. The result is a warm, funky and expressive tone that sits naturally in Funk, Neo Soul, Soul and Jazz productions. The plugin ships with 43 carefully detailed presets, each paired with its own custom chord set, so you can start playing musical ideas immediately without programming. You can blend up to three vintage amps to shape the colour and attitude of the sound, from clean and mellow to gritty and driven. Whether you’re a hobby producer sketching beats in FL Studio, Ableton or Logic, or a songwriter looking for a soulful keyboard layer, Amped Elektra delivers that classic electric piano vibe with a distinctive vintage edge.
