Ample Sound Ample Bass Acoustic v3.5.0 is a sampled acoustic bass instrument for producers who want detailed bass parts without recording a live player. Built from a Guild B-54 CE, its 4.89 GB library captures every fret without destructive editing or dynamic processing.
Microphone and DI samples let you shape anything from a woody acoustic tone to a more direct, electric-style sound. You can mix and process these signals separately, with stereo and mono microphone modes to suit exposed bass lines or a supporting role in a full arrangement.
The instrument includes 12 articulations, covering sustained notes, palm muting, harmonics, slides, hammer-ons, pull-offs and percussive techniques. Alternate tunings extend down to B0. For programming, the Riffer editor provides control over note expression, while the Tab Player turns bass tablature into performances with adjustable humanization. A rule-based riff generator helps start new ideas.
Built-in EQ, compression, echo and convolution reverb handle tone shaping and space. For Windows users working in FL Studio or Ableton Live, it supports 64-bit VST2 and VST3 hosts; the listed requirements include 10 GB of disk space and an Intel i5 or higher.
