Kuassa Amplifikation Clarent is a guitar amp simulator built for British crunch, thick cleans and modern high-gain riffs. Inspired by Orange amplifiers, it combines three amp types with low- and high-gain channels for six distinct starting points. Choose Clarent A for clean tones and pedal-based setups, Clarent B for punchy, mid-forward drive, or Clarent C for heavy distortion and sustained leads. Sag and bias controls let you shape the power amp response, while five cabinet options and seven microphone models help place your guitar in the mix. Adjustable dual-mic positioning supports mono or stereo setups, with high-pass and low-pass filters, a noise gate and a limiter for extra control. Suited to home-recording guitarists and rock or metal producers, Clarent runs in your DAW or as a standalone practice app, with support for up to 8x oversampling.
