Analog Obsession SSQ v7.0 is a free console-style EQ plugin for producers who want hands-on tone shaping when mixing in FL Studio, Ableton Live or another compatible DAW. It combines broad tonal adjustments with filtering and input drive, making it useful for hobby musicians working on individual tracks or bus processing.

Each EQ band offers up to 15 dB of boost or cut. The low-frequency section includes a Brown Knob option for a smoother, more musical response, while the low and high bands can switch to bell curves. Separate high-pass and low-pass filters help trim unwanted frequency extremes. Gain-compensated input drive lets you explore the drive control with level compensation, and optional 4x oversampling is toggled by clicking the Analog Obsession logo.

The interface scales from 50% to 200% using its lower-right resize handle. Save a resized instance as your DAW’s default preset to reuse your preferred dimensions. On Windows, SSQ supports Windows 10–11 in VST3 and AAX formats and requires graphics hardware with OpenGL support.
