API Vision Channel Strip

The API Vision Channel Strip from Universal Audio recreates the legendary sound of API’s flagship analog console, the same desk behind countless hit records. This plugin delivers authentic API punch, presence, and color, now with expanded tone-shaping options. Switch between the revered 550L 4-band parametric EQ and the famous 560L 10-band graphic EQ to sculpt guitars, add aggression to drums, or push vocals forward with analog character. The 225L compressor offers two distinct modes for anything from subtle glue to heavy compression, while the 235L gate/expander tightens drums and tames noise. Sweepable high- and low-pass filters let you shape broad strokes without losing tone. With Unison technology, the 212L preamp brings authentic impedance and gain behavior when used with Apollo interfaces. Ideal for hobby producers seeking classic console sound in any DAW.
