Sugar Bytes Artillery 2 turns your MIDI keyboard into a hands-on multi-effects controller. Assign any of its 28 effects to key ranges, then trigger them as you play to reshape loops, build transitions or add movement to a live set. Its processors cover filters, delays, granular treatments, looping and vocoder effects, taking sounds from subtle sweeps to chopped-up rhythmic textures. Each effect offers dedicated parameters with modulation from key tracking, an LFO, an envelope or a step sequencer. Key tracking lets different notes change settings within a single effect zone: shorten loop lengths for escalating stutters, or vary delay feedback across an octave. Animated indicators make modulation easier to follow while you experiment.
