Arturia Augmented Series 6 v2024.11.CE – V.R

Arturia Augmented Series 6 is a collection of six software instruments that blends acoustic samples with synthesis for contemporary music production and composition. It suits hobby producers and composers who want recognizable instrumental tones alongside more abstract textures, without limiting themselves to a purely sampled sound library.

The collection includes Augmented BRASS, GRAND PIANO, STRINGS, VOICES, WOODWINDS, and YANGTZE. Brass covers expressive and powerful tones, while Grand Piano moves from contemporary piano sounds into less conventional territory. Strings combines sampled string character with synthetic elements, and Voices provides vocal-based sounds ranging from intimate to commanding. Woodwinds explores darker, reedy colors as well as brighter textures. Yangtze brings traditional Chinese instrument samples together with synthesis and experimental processing.

Across the collection, the acoustic-meets-synthetic approach offers material for melodic parts, atmospheric layers, and composition work. Augmented BRASS also lets you morph between its sampled and synthesized sounds. This Windows edition is supplied in VST3, AAX, and standalone formats, making it an option for compatible setups in FL Studio and Ableton Live.
