Aurora DSP Gorilla Bass Studio Suite v1.0

Aurora DSP Gorilla Bass Studio Suite is a bass amp simulation and tone-shaping effect for producers and bass players recording at home or building a standalone practice rig. Available for Windows in VST3 and AAX formats, it fits bass-processing workflows in FL Studio and Ableton Live, while the standalone application works without a DAW.

Three preamp options and three studio bass amp simulations cover clean warmth, driven tube character, modern rock tones and punchy classic bass sounds. Their influences include Aguilar hardware, the Super Bassman and Ampeg Heritage amps. A three-way input splitter provides separate compression and saturation for each section, letting you blend the processing to suit your track. An input-stage octaver adds weight and a fuller layered sound.

The IR mixer includes four custom impulse responses and supports loading your own IRs. Use presets and the main controls for quick adjustments, or open the expanded sections for deeper editing. A built-in tuner, global and section-level state comparison, and artist presets from Kristian Kohle, Scott Elliot and Cultifact round out the workflow.
