BassKnob Trivium

BassKnob Trivium is a bass amp sim plugin from Bogren Digital, designed to capture the bright, aggressive bass tone of Trivium’s Paolo Gregoletto. It delivers a solid low-end foundation with string noise and snarl that cuts through dense guitar mixes. The plugin offers three boost modes: Green for sparkly cleans with lush reverb, Orange for crunch to huge distortion, and Red for high-octane clarity during fast picking. Two matched cabinets (Modern and Vintage) were captured at Fascination Street Studios, and you can disable the cab or load your own impulse response. IRDX technology adds dynamic speaker behavior to static IRs. A standalone version includes built-in recording, metronome, and tuner for quick idea capture. It suits rock and metal bassists seeking a versatile, mix-ready tone with minimal tweaking.
