BFD Maple Custom Absolute

BFD Maple Custom Absolute brings the warm, polished character of a Yamaha maple drum kit to BFD3. This drum expansion suits producers who want an acoustic foundation for pop, indie and rock, while also fitting jazz, fusion and classic metal arrangements. The maple kick and toms offer a versatile starting point, with two kick beater types and tom performances recorded using sticks, mallets and rods for different textures. A bonus Yamaha fibreglass snare, presented in reduced detail from BFD Signature Snares Vol.1, adds another tonal option. Even the drum cases have been sampled for extra percussive possibilities. Recorded under studio conditions similar to BFD Percussion, BFD Oak Custom and BFD3’s Mapleworks kits, this collection is a useful addition for BFD3 users exploring natural drum sounds across multiple styles. Requires BFD3.
