Black Velvet ADpak

Black Velvet ADpak by XLN Audio is a drum expansion for Addictive Drums 2, built for alternative rock, grunge and arena-sized productions. Its DW Collector’s Series shells deliver weight and impact, complemented by Zildjian cymbals and an LP Tribell. The drums were recorded in a gymnasium-sized hall, while the hi-hats and cymbals were captured in a smaller studio, giving the kit a distinctive balance of spacious power and focused detail. Adjust overhead and room levels to move from tight, punchy verses to huge choruses, or automate those changes throughout your track. The 30 included presets range from clean starting points to mix-ready rock sounds and experimental industrial textures. It suits producers who want expressive rock drums with room to shape the ambience, whether building polished arrangements or chasing a rougher, heavier feel. Requires Addictive Drums 2.
