Blue Cat’s Protector is a stereo brickwall limiter for managing peaks, increasing perceived loudness and keeping master-bus dynamics under control. Its adjustable response moves from transparent limiting to deliberate distortion, pumping and heavily squeezed textures, making it useful on individual tracks as well as full mixes. Stereo linking lets you adjust how the channels respond together, while a DC filter removes unwanted offset. For visual feedback, zoomable peak, RMS and gain-reduction meters sit alongside loudness-boost monitoring and a configurable dynamics histogram.
