Cabal 8 Elements: Crunch

Cabal 8 Elements: Crunch by Wavelet Audio brings the weight and bite of an 8-string guitar into Kontakt, with a ready-to-use crunch tone that needs no additional guitar processing or third-party effects. It suits producers who want heavy riffs, tight rhythmic parts and expressive guitar textures without building an effects chain from scratch. Drawn from Cabal 8 Full, this instrument contains over 9,800 hand-edited samples recorded at 48 kHz/24-bit. Six main articulations cover sustains, palm mutes, short palm mutes, harmonics, X-notes and tappings, while FX Sustain and FX Palm Mute add further options. Up and down picking, plus eight round robins per note, provide variation for repeated passages. Included MIDI offers a starting point for exploring the instrument, making Crunch an approachable choice for guitar-focused productions.
