Cassette Vibraphone – Multi-Format Bundle

Cassette Vibraphone by THEPHONOLOOP is a sampled vibraphone instrument that pairs resonant mallet tones with the character of four different cassette decks. Its three-octave range includes four dynamic layers and four recorded round-robin variations per note, bringing subtle movement to repeated phrases. The 24-bit sample collection captures organic imperfections, while adjustable noise lets you dial in tape texture without excessive hiss building up across chords. It suits producers looking for vintage-flavoured melodies, mellow chord parts and unusual textures for lo-fi, ambient or experimental tracks. The multi-format bundle offers Kontakt, Ableton Live, Logic and SFZ versions. In Kontakt, custom spring, hall and corridor impulse responses add space, with flexible placement of reverb and delay around the insert effects. Kontakt and Ableton Live presets provide starting points for exploring sounds beyond a conventional vibraphone.
