Charango

Charango by Loot Audio is a deeply sampled virtual instrument that brings the authentic voice of this traditional South American stringed instrument into your DAW. With an impressive 15 samples per note across multiple dynamics and round robins, every pluck and strum feels alive and expressive. The sound is sweet and harmonically rich, with a crystalline top end that adds shimmer and life to your arrangements. A standout DOUBLE feature layers two charangos for enhanced depth and spatial dimension, making it easy to create wide, immersive textures. Recorded using a blend of vintage and modern microphones and preamps, the result is both pristine and organic. It suits producers of world music, film scores, singer-songwriter tracks, and any genre needing an emotive, plucked string sound. The interface is straightforward, so you can focus on making music rather than learning a complex tool.
