Cinematic Thunder: Epic Orchestral Toms

Build dramatic percussion parts with Cinematic Thunder: Epic Orchestral Toms by Vir2 Instruments. This sampled drum instrument combines surdo and five tom sizes recorded in a large concert hall, with three microphone positions for shaping depth and space. Sticks deliver defined, punchy attacks, while mallets move from warm, rounded tones to weighty cinematic impacts. Four master patches cover individual playing styles, grouped hits and oversized accents, making it a strong fit for hobby producers writing film cues, game music or orchestral arrangements. Up to 14 velocity layers and three round robins bring variation to repeated notes, while combo hits, flams and expressive rolls add movement and impact. Program rhythmic ideas in the built-in sequencer, then refine them with reverb, delay, distortion, compression, EQ and transient controls. Komplete Kontrol and Maschine integration rounds out the workflow.
