Clavinet

Waves Clavinet brings the unmistakable bite and funk of the D6 clavinet to your DAW, meticulously multi-sampled across every articulation, texture and hammer strike in both muted and unmuted modes. The result is a remarkably expressive instrument with exceptionally responsive velocity control, capturing the gritty twang that defined countless classic records. Built-in effects like EQ, compression and limiting deliver a mix-ready sound straight out of the box, while an envelope-follower auto-wah tracks your playing dynamics for that quintessential funk quack. An amp simulator with selectable mics recreates the authentic on-stage feel, and phase, chorus and reverb add depth and modulation. Use it standalone for live gigs or as a plug-in in FL Studio, Ableton or Logic. With presets covering the classic sounds you’ll recognize from multiple hits, it’s ideal for funk, rock and soul producers seeking that iconic keyboard tone.
