Unlike plugins that stack algorithms, it solves the Relab 176’s variable-gain tube stage—including input and output transformers and calibration bias—as a single living circuit. This means every adjustment interacts with the whole system, producing harmonics that feel alive and dynamic. Use it for subtle warmth or bold tube crunch; it adds harmonic weight and presence without pushing levels. The Drive control pushes the 6BC8 tube naturally, while switching the transformer changes the harmonic character. Calibration lets you dial in even-order harmonics for extra warmth.
