Colorwoods Piano

Colorwoods Piano is a sampled upright acoustic piano for producers who want character without complexity. Recorded with five gradual velocity layers, it shifts naturally from soft and serene to crisp and powerful as you play harder. Six microphones across four positions—a centered large-diaphragm condenser, XY and front stereo pairs, and a dynamic mic—can be blended with individual gain knobs, letting you shape anything from a relaxed, intimate tone to a full, punchy sound. Onboard controls include attack, sustain, decay and release, plus gain, pan, ambience, glide and polyphonic, monophonic or legato modes. High-range and width tone shaping, an LFO with adjustable waveform, depth and speed, and lowpass/highpass filters round it out. It suits singer-songwriters, beatmakers and composers needing an expressive piano for ballads, lo-fi, pop or cinematic cues in FL Studio, Ableton or Logic.
