CP2V Compressor

Mellowmuse CP2V Compressor brings vintage-inspired dynamics control and harmonic colour to individual tracks and full mixes. Its multi-stage analogue-modelled compression delivers a smooth, saturated character, making it a good fit when you want more than transparent level control. Push drums for extra attitude, rein in vocal dynamics, or give acoustic guitar a richer, more controlled presence. Output-driven saturation adds another layer of tonal shaping, letting the compression contribute warmth as well as consistency. The straightforward interface keeps operation focused, with fixed attack and release times and VU-style gain-reduction metering to help you follow the action. Under the hood, 64-bit internal processing and 4x oversampling support the analogue-modelled signal path. CP2V suits hobby producers who prefer a simple, characterful compressor for everyday tracking and mixing tasks.
