Crave DSP Crave EQ is a Windows equalizer for producers who want detailed control over tone and stereo balance when mixing or mastering. Its 32 parametric bands cover everyday shaping and corrective work, with peaking, shelving, high-pass and low-pass, notch, band-pass and tilt filters.
Four phase modes let you choose processing to suit the session: zero-latency digital, analog, linear and transparent. Transparent mode combines analog-style phase behavior at lower frequencies with linear-phase transparency higher up, offering a low-latency option for mixing.
For stereo adjustments, Directional EQ lets you focus and position peaking and shelving bands using combined mid/side and left/right controls. This is useful when you need to shape a particular part of the stereo field rather than applying the same change everywhere.
A configurable high-resolution spectrum analyzer displays input and output channels, while band solo helps isolate the frequencies you are adjusting. Automatic gain compensation supports level-balanced comparisons. The resizable, high-DPI interface, analyzer presets and user-defined defaults help hobby producers build a comfortable workflow for both individual tracks and full mixes.
