DEEP

UJAM DEEP is a virtual drum instrument that brings the warmth and pocket of 1960s and 1970s soul and funk into modern productions. Its five drum kits suit everything from relaxed vocal arrangements to punchier pop, rock and alternative tracks. With 30 styles and 690 drum patterns, it gives hobby producers and songwriters a practical starting point for building expressive rhythm sections without programming every hit. Drag phrases into your DAW for detailed note editing, explore 70 sound designer presets, or shape the character with six mix presets and the Grit control for extra dirt and energy. Up to 60 velocity layers per instrument and dynamic round-robin playback help performances feel natural. For coordinated bass and drums, DEEP also includes styles with names that match the bass phrases in UJAM Virtual Bassist DANDY.
