DelGrain by Rob Papen is a creative granular delay plugin that chops incoming audio into grains and feeds them through a tape-style delay. You can position the granular processing before, inside, after, or parallel to the delay, then shape the result with a distortion module and an analog-modeled filter offering low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, and vocal/vowel modes. Grain size and delay time can be tempo-synced for rhythmic work on drums and percussion loops, while the SEMI tune control shifts grains up or down by 12 semitones. The Disrupt Sphere-Slider lets you modulate multiple parameters with one gesture for evolving, experimental textures.
