Disarray

Disarray by Stagecraft Software turns multi-effect processing into a hands-on XY performance. Inspired by classic KAOSS-style controllers, it lets you move up to eight parameters across four effects with a single mouse gesture. Explore more than 20 onboard effects, or host your own VST/AU plugins and combine their controls with Disarray’s processing. Map tone shaping to one axis and reverb to the other, build sweeping filter transitions, or crossfade effects for evolving textures and dramatic drops. Linear and radial control points offer different ways to shape each movement, while mouse and MIDI interaction can switch effects on or off. Capture repeating XY gestures over one, two or four measures, or write movements directly into DAW automation. It suits producers who want expressive transitions, experimental sound design and more playable effects chains.
