Drop Pad 3 is an inspiring Kontakt Player instrument built for drag-and-drop sound design. Load up to four of your own samples, then morph and warp them with auto or manual controls. The Edit page gives quick access to sample parameters, while the Mod page offers extensive modulation with tempo-synced filter warps, pan and pitch LFOs. A modular FX section includes 14 insert or main effects, six delay models and six reverb algorithms, all recallable in real time. The preset browser provides fast access to a 2 GB library of drum loops, tonal loops and textures, plus 144 new sound sets and 293 legacy sets. Full NKS integration means seamless hardware control. Ideal for hobby producers in FL Studio, Ableton or Logic who want a playful, hands-on way to shape loops and textures into unique sounds.
