Drums of St Paul

Soundiron’s Drums of St Paul captures the thunderous resonance of a three-piece drum kit recorded in the historic sanctuary of Saint Paul’s in San Francisco. This Kontakt library delivers kick, snare, and tom articulations with up to 13 velocity layers and 16 round robins, sampled from three microphone positions for a lush, natural reverb that you can blend to taste. Whether you need light cinematic percussion, epic concert drums, or layered pop and rock tracks, the open tone and wide stereo image provide clarity and presence. The interface offers extensive sound-shaping controls including swell, attack, release, filter, pitch, and a customizable arpeggiator, plus 20 hand-crafted ambiences and pads for tonal textures. Ideal for hobby producers and composers seeking dynamic, expressive drums for any genre, from subtle underscores to aggressive hits.
