FabFilter Pro-R 2 is a premium algorithmic reverb plugin that expands on its predecessor with two new reverb styles: Vintage, inspired by classic digital units for bright, hyper-real ambiences, and Plate, for metallic drum and vocal textures. It supports immersive multichannel formats up to 9.1.6 Dolby Atmos, automatically configuring for surround use with per-channel decay and EQ via the Speakers panel, plus surround cross-feeding for a convincing sense of space. IR import lets you capture impulse responses and recreate them as algorithmic setups. Ducking, gating, and analog-style saturation add creative control.
