Mini Ringo is a free MIDI groove machine plugin for Windows that doesn’t generate sound on its own. Instead, it controls other VST instruments in your DAW by sending MIDI patterns, much like a hardware arranger keyboard. It offers 10 variations: 3 main patterns, 3 fills, 2 intros, and 2 endings. Each variation can be programmed separately in its own piano roll and triggered by a unique MIDI key, so you can switch sections instantly from a MIDI keyboard or pad—even during live performance. Tempo stays synced to your DAW, and a crash generator lets you assign which note triggers a cymbal crash on transitions. A dedicated MIDI setup section routes output to a specific MIDI channel. You can also load your own MIDI styles from the GUI; once saved to a library folder, they appear in the style manager. Ideal for hobby producers using FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic who want arranger-style drum control without hardware. 5 MB, VST2 x64/x86.
