GrainDust by Sound Particles is a granular synthesizer built for producers who want to shape evolving, living textures. Its four independent layers each offer detailed control over grain rate, density, size, continuity, and detune, with up to 100 simultaneous grains. Import your own samples or start from the included library of over 500 curated sounds. Choose sample ranges globally or per envelope stage, and explore playback modes like forward, reverse, and mirror. Pitchless grains and per-grain envelopes add further flexibility.
