Henchman

Henchman by Rankin Audio is a multiband effects plugin built to make anything sound huge. It splits your signal into three bands, each with its own compressor, mid/side processing, and independent width control. The mid and high bands offer 15 exciter, saturation, and distortion flavors, letting you add presence, grit, or warmth exactly where you want it. The low band focuses on weight, using harmonic saturation to give bass richness and depth that translates on small speakers and hits hard on club systems. A brickwall limiter pushes the overall signal without wrecking your mix, while pre- and post-compression waveform displays give visual feedback for precise tweaking. Five snapshot slots enable instant A/B comparisons, and over 100 presets get you started fast. It excels on drums, bass, vocals, synths, buses, and mastering—ideal for producers who want punch, clarity, and size in one tool.
