Imaginando BAM is a beat-making and music creation environment for Windows, combining drum programming, synthesis, sampling and effects in one workspace. It suits beginners learning to build patterns as well as experienced producers who want to develop rhythmic and melodic ideas together.

The step sequencer supports patterns of up to 256 steps. Tracks can use different clip lengths, with independent playback indicators that help you follow overlapping patterns. Sound sources include an oscillator synth, sampler, drum synthesizer, analog bass synth and analog-style drum elements, giving you options for percussion, basslines and melodic parts without relying entirely on samples.

An included sample library, built-in sample manager and recorder provide additional material for your tracks. For processing, BAM offers rack-based effects including filters, EQ, delay, chorus, compression, reverb, saturation, bit reduction, 3D panning and stereo width adjustment. You can add up to two effects per track and use two send channels for shared processing.

This Windows edition focuses on BAM’s integrated tools; hosting external AUv3 plugins is an iOS-only feature.
