Inear Display Litote is a granular audio effect for producers and sound designers who want to reshape existing sounds into layered, shifting textures. Its four processing engines combine granulation, resonators and diffusion delays, offering a practical way to explore atmospheric treatments without adjusting every detail of the processing.
An XY pad blends the engine outputs, letting you move between different textures by hand. For continuous movement, trajectory mode takes over the pad position, with adjustable X and Y ranges and speeds. The pad coordinates can also be automated in your DAW, so changes can follow your arrangement.
Litote focuses on experimentation through randomization. Generate a completely new sound, refresh individual engines while keeping the others, or create a new movement path. Randomizer seed options provide another way to change the results. Input and processed-signal level controls, plus a dry/wet mix, help balance the effect against your original audio.
The single-panel interface includes an output visualizer and 10 factory presets. Version 1.3 uses 64-bit VST3 on Windows, making it suitable for compatible hosts such as FL Studio and Ableton Live.
